Glass Washing Unit

This machinery is used to clean the glass, using a special process incorporating six brushes which is one of the few units in southern England. This ensures the best possible visibility for the sealed units.

Spacer Cutting

The spacer bar is the gauge between two pieces of glass ranging from 6mm to 20mm

i.e. 4/12/4 = 20mm

4mm Glass / 12mm Spacer / 4mm Glass = 20mm sealed Unit

This is where the sealed units are created. The spacer bars are inserted between two pieces of glass and sealed together with "Hot Melt" and then taped to create the end product.
